i have a 1994 chevy full size truck with a 4.3 v6 and im wanting to put a v8 350. What do I have to do to bypass the computer and what year did chevy go to computer. If you could help thank you brian

They started using computers in the 80's. As far as this change, you need to change everything, computer, wiring, vacuum supply hoses, fuel lines. It really isn't worth the effort or money to make so many changes. That is why we always recommend staying with direct fit parts.
