Electrical problem
1993 Chevy Silverado 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my turn signal lever broke a few days ago and I replaced the turn signal lever and the wiper switch because I broke the wiper switch trying to remove the lever my wipers were working before but not now I have 12 volts to the wiper motor but nothing happens when I turn the wipers on everytime I turn the windshield washer on it blows the wiper fuse I have checked the wires for opens and cant find anything wrong I also replaced the wiper motor and no change, also when I installed the new wiper switch the wipers would come on but then suddenly stopped and blew the fuse now nothing happens when I turn the wipers on I am suspecting maybe that the wiper switch is faulty but I really have no clue what the problem is

Could be the switch, but also check the ground, set your multimeter to ohms and check for continuity on the ground.
