1992 Chevy Silverado truck shuts off

When im driving down the road or when its parked it will fire up then after a while it will just shut off it wont sputter or nothing as if the key shuts it off but it doesnt we checked the fuel pump to see if it turns on and it does it gets spark it sometimes pops a code and its a code 34 which is a maf senser so we disconnected it so it would go into its back up mode and it still dide we replaced the pcv valve because it was clogged and that wasnt the problem so what should I do

Have you checked the fuel filter and the fuel pressure? Fuel pressure should be aound 65 psi. Low fuel pressure or restriction of the fuel sustem can cause the symtoms you describe.
Along with checking fuel pressure and fuel system restrictions see if the screen of the mass air flow sensor is clogged (dirt, debris, rodent nest in cold air intake, etc.) And check air filter, all of these could set your code 34.
Just some Ideas, let me know.
