1991 Chevy Silverado 91 Silverado 5.7 not starting

I have fuel to TBI but not through injectors.I can prime it will start long enough to run the fuel added.

Hello, if there is a coil driver module separate from the distributor, the purple wire with white tracer should carry the rpm signal to the computer, there would be a pulse on that circuit, with the engine cranking. If the computer doesn't see the rpm signal, it won't ground the injectors. You can check B+ and ground at the injector plug.
