I have a 2000 s10 4wd with manual trans and 4.3 v6
it has 74000 miles my question is how hard are the front wheel bearings to replace and are they pressed in or can I get them out with a hammer. I have good mechanical skills I just want a heads up before I jump in head first thank you for any help

Its wheel bearing and hub assembly
Axle nut is a problem if you don’t have the means to loosen it

Safely jack and support the truck
Remove tire
Loosen axle nut
Remove the caliper
Brakes
Brake rotor
Remove 3 holding bolts
Remove hub assembly
If w/ABS disconnect sensor
Good luck
Be safe
