I have a 1987 Chevy S-10 2wd 2.8 6-cyl with 203,000 miles and no A/C. The power steering pump has a shaft seal leak, but I can't get the pulley off of it. It has a 3/8" allen type screw in the pulley, and I can't get it to budge. I've hammered it for 15 minutes with an impact gun even. (CCW since pulley rotation is CW) Any Suggestions?

You need to get a power steering pump pulley remover tool. The pulley is pressed on and the only way to get it off without damage is to use the proper removal tool. I'm not sure if sears carries it, but a few are, snap-on, matco and mac tools.
