Fuel Problem

My truck all of a sudden would not start, We replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump relay, and it still will not start, We took off the air filter and covered it up and it started then stalled, what is the cause for this and where is the best place to start looking.

Manual fuel pressure gauge to verify. Does it have spark? What year? Engine?

Yes it has spark, it is a 2001, 2.2 engine, we have narrowed it down to the fuel pump not getting power, we have replaced the relay and pump however still no power to the pump, where should I be looking at next.
