2003 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

on a uphill pull kicked down into secod gear the check engine light flashes and it gives codes for misfire 5 or 6 and it feels like its holding back. If you let off the throttle it will go away and it will run ok. All the tune up stuff is new. Any help will be apperciated

Cylinder Misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
