I have a 2002 Chevy S10 2.2 4 Cyl Manual with 26,000 miles on it. When the temperature drops down to around 20 degrees and below it takes almost 10 mins of on and off cranking to get it to start. While cranking as soon as the check engine light clicks on, it will start up and the check engine light goes out. After the vehicle has warmed up it will start up, unless you let it sit for awhile. If it's really cold it will not start at all. The fuel pump is kicking on when you turn the key and the fuel pressure is good. The ECM was swapped out to see if that was the problem, and it didn't fix it. Any ideas would be greatly apprieciated.
