The tail light on my s-10 works but the brake light and turn signal on my rear left side still do not work. So it's not a ground problem. I checked the fuses under the the hood and the fuse is not blown. I tested the fuse housing with an electrical tester while I had the signal on and still did not get a reading. My problem is somewhere between the fuse box and the relay signal itself. What are all the possibilities that it could be?

I believe that fuse is always hot and is connected to your headlight switch. I would check for voltage at the yellow wire I believe for a pulsing 12 volts with the blinker switch activated. If there is volts replace the taillight assembly.
