Help
I have a 2001 chevy s-10 pickup with 160000 miles on it. I had the timing chain changed twice. It is now starting to make the same noise as the last time I had the chain changed. I heard there may be an issue with the tensioner. Is this true? Is there anything I can do to stop it before the chain goes again?

Thanks
