How do you remove the factory rear view mirror from a 2000 Chevy S-10?

Hello,

There will be a set screw either Allen or Torx that you will need to loosen then slide the mirror upward to remove it from its windshield mount.

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

My rear view mirror came off the windshield.
How do I get the mirror off of the holder?

Check for a small screw, star key, or allen screw underneath mirror were you slide it up
