I was having problems with the ignition starting the truck it would not start or get power every time and if I continued to turn it it would start after many attempts. I changed the starter relay and the ignition switch I also checked all the fuses that looked like they were part of the ignition system. The clutch safety switch moved freely but I havnt tried to jump it out to see if was making the contact before I do that I wanted to see if Im missing the big picture or if it could be somthing as simple as a new starter or selaniod. I am getting a clicking sound at the starter relay in the fuse box but thats all. Any help would be appreciated.

Check for corrosion at the positive battery cable. Acid leaks from the terminal and gets into the copper strands. Once the corrosion is in the copper the cable gets worse with time. A voltage drop check may help to verify if nothing is seen.

Just to verify your statement:
"clicking sound at the starter relay in the fuse box but thats all". This is never a slow or long crank condition I assume?

Try tapping on the starter while someone holds the key on start. Sometimes this can flush out a bad starter.
