The heater blows air out through defroster when control is switched to the floor.
I have replaced blend door actuator, that did not help. I don't know what to check next?

Check the vacuum lines and connections. It is most likely losing vacuum causing the doors to not move.

I see all the vacuum resivors and appear to be working when adjusting between defrost and floor heat but still very little air flow to the floor and lots of defrost. I'm assuming this is something with one of the driver side vacuummechanisms but don't know what it looks like inside. Do I need to take the entire duct out to open the duct system? Could something be broke inside such as a lever redirecting the air flow?
Weby - Were you able to get your issue resolved. I would greatly appreciate some feedback.

Thanks, Wevlesh
