1 week ago the wipers and blower motor quit. Had voltage at motor connections for both. Replaced both motors.($200+). This morning both quit again! Is there some sort of connection, relay, etc. That controls both of these?

There is a large relay mounted to the firewall near the resistor card of the blower. The plug(connector) was somehow letting voltage leak onto the ground wire. Not enough to blow a fuse, but enough to light a tester. Very intermittent. Ground would light tester(sometimes)(sometimes not). Replaced connector and relay and everythings fine(for now).
Thanks anyhow!

Recheck that. Sorry I missed you the first time around. Your problem is a bad or missing ground. A weak ground will show voltage. Trace that ground wire and im sure you will find the problem. Let me know
