When driving at 65-70 mph a whining noise from front right wheel starts. As speed is decreased noise turns into metallic cliking. At 5=10 mph there is a clunk and noise stops. Have replaced half shaft and cv and hub bearing right side. What else could this be?

Noises are hard to diagnose here, but it could be a brake squealer making noise, a brake problem or a wheel bearing problem. It could also be a u-joint that you are mistaking for a front wheel problem.
