I have a 1999 S 10 it has 2 trouble coads P0171 system to lean Bank 1 also P0174 system to lean Bank 2 when I first start out it seams to be doging and runs rilly rough even at wide open throttle then it will eventualy have more power

How old is the fuel filter?
Have you checked the fuel pressure?
A real common cause of what you describe, if the above are OK, is the O2 sensor. Please advise.

The fuel filter is newer less than a year and the pressue was 56psi with the key in the run position and 52psi at idle if I rap the throddle it seams like its going to die afer the rpms level out to idle plugs wires and cap and rotor are also new
