1998 Chevy S-10 Emission system problem

I am getting a trouble code of P0440, which is saying that the emission system is malfunctioning. That doesnt tell me anything. I replaced both O2 sensors and the catalytic converter and the evap canister. So why am I getting this code. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Check for a vaccum leak or a crack hole past the MAF sensor or a dirty maf sensor first off all could be causing that condition, also a exhaust leak before the sensors could cause that.
