1998 Chevy S-10 Can the clutch on this truck be adjusted

A new complete clutch assembly was installed in this truck about 4 months ago. I The clutch will not engage so I can change gears. (Sorry for technology I am not a Mechanic. The clutch tries to engage at the very top but will not engage so I can move truck. I think this is a hydraulic clutch.

There is no clutch adjustment for this vehicle. If clutch repair was made than ensure clutch fluid was filled and air was bled out properly.
