when I turn on the defroster the windows fog up.
the air coming out of the defroster is hot. Also it comes out of all outlets including the floor

Is the moisture on the window a oily substance, with the scent of antifreeze. Also if you notice a wet patch on the passanger side floor carpet then you have a bad heater core if you notice any of the above.
