WHEN I AM BRAKING AT A LOW SPEED, AROUND 20 MPH, THE BRAKES WILL GRAB, KIND OF SPUTTER. THEY FEEL LIKE THEY MIGHT FAIL, BUT DON'T - I CAN PRESS HARDER ON THE PEDAL AND THEY SEEM TO TIGHTEN DOWN. THEY ALSO MAKE A HIGH PITCHED GRINDING SOUND, BUT THE PADS ARE NOT DAMAGED OR WORN. I'VE HAD A COUPLE OF MECHANICS CHECK, WITH NO LUCK.

ANY GUESSES.

Is the pedal low? Hard? Soft? Any lights on?

This is a Tech bulliten on caliper and or steering knuckle wear, and measurements. Check yours to see if it's in spec.
