The truck is loosing water through the exhaust and won't put out any heat. When I add water to the radiator it fills up but gurgles and spits. After that it runs fine for about 10 miles and then the temp. Starts to climb. I also noticed that the rear-most plug is fouled out. The compression is good and the spark is getting to the plug.

If you are low on coolant first thing to go is the heat. If it is gurgling then you need to make sure it is full as it sounds like you ay have a bad thermostat. But with the one cylinder fouling a plug I woul d suspect a head gasket. Have a pro check it.
