I just did a tune up to my truck about two months back plugs cables cap, rotor, and fuel fillter. I have also replaced the cadalidic convertor. Now my truck is putting and back firing and wont drive at all. I ran a code test and it picked up multiple/random cylinder misfire. I then checked a couple spark plugs and none were fouled. Coud this be a bad injector?

Welcome to the forum, the list of possibilities for P0300 is as long as your arm. Egr--valve timing-- vacuum leak, the list goes on. I'd visually check for spark at all plugs. Maybe you can disable fuel system so it won't start, but, still have spark. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. With that spider fuel system, probably should be around 60 psi.
