1994 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

How do you fix the transfer case on a 1994 chevy s-10 4wd. It is stuck in 4wd, and it blows a fuse when it gets higher than 15 miles per hour.

Have you tried to retrieve for trouble codes?
Does the fuse blow if vehicle does not move?
Go through the following function test and see if you can come up with anything?
