Hi a few days ago my fuel gauge started wigging out then stopped working. Then the next day I thought I ran out of gas and pulled over because it stalled. I put some gas in and it wouldnt start up. I looked under the intake and there was no fuel squirting into the throttle body. I figured it was the fuel pump got it towed to my house and put a new one in and a new fuel filter. It makes no noise when I turn the key like it should and I put new relays in and still nothing. Also I found a blown ecmb fuse and replaced it but still no luck. I checked the wires for voltage going the the fuel pump and when I turn the key on it shows 8 volts for a second but then drops down to 4. I would really appreciate if you could help me out thanks.

Power the gray wire on the fuel pump connector-did the fuel pump come on? If so check the fuel pressure and also check for fuel injection pulses

Im sorry I didnt really understand your reply. Do u know which is power and ground. I think grey might be the power. Should I put a new wiring harness in? Or should I just try fixing the existing wiring if thats the problem. I really appreciate the the help by the way.

The gray wire is the power and black the ground-either you replace the harness or repair the existing wire to get that pump going
