Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 166xxx miles

No fuel delivery to initially start truck, however if gas is poured into the tb starts right up and injector kicks in after about a second. As long as the accelarator is pressed the truck will run however as soon as you let of the accelerator the injector stops fuel supply and truck will stall out. No Idle as of right now. I have replaced the fuel pump and you can hear it cycle on when the ignition is turned on for about 2 seconds. I have also replace the idle air control valve, fuel filter. Any help would be great as this is my only vehicle.
Also no codes present only flashes 12
Update, Changed the fuel pump relay just to be safe and still nothing.

Hello
Thanks for the donation.

You need to test fuel pressure at the fuel rail with gauge. Perform following operations accordingly to ensure fuel pressure regulator is working.

Okay, thanks for that info. You can purchase a fuel pressure gauge at almost any parts store such as AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, or Advance Auto Parts. Ensure that you purchase the proper adapter for the gauge so it will fit your vehicle's fuel lines.

Fuel pressure testing instructions are below. Post results and I will follow up.
