1991 Chevy S-10 front drive shaft

I have a 91 S-10 and the front drive shaft seems to be broken in the middle. When the 4wd is turned on the half that comes from the t-case will turn but the half that goes to the front diff. Does not. Do I need a whole new drive shaft or is there something I can repair

Hello well it sounds like you may have a problem with the front axle not engaugeing all the way this could be a vacuum line that has a slice in it or there is a actuator that is under the battery tray that controls the 4wd it may not be working right. I hope this will be of some help to you.
