Did you try spraying starting fluid in TB? Check spark?

Try some starting fluid down TB, if it runs a few seconds, then fuel problem, if not then ignition.

Did you move distributor during repair?

Remove #1 spark plug, put ratchet and socket on balancer, with ign. Off, rotate engine with ratchet while you have finger in spark plug hole. When you feel air through hole, rotate balancer until timing mark is at 0 degrees.
Remove dist. Cap and rotor should be pointing directly at #1 spark plug wire. If not, rotate dist. Until it does.
