1990 Chevy S-10 heater fan

What goes wrong with the heater fan to the point that the fan dont work no more is it a fuse or what?

Could be the AC/Heater fuse 25amp, blower switch, high blower relay and blower motor itself- Try to power the blower motor from the battery and see if it comes on for a start. The purple iwire is the power.
