I have oil that is sitting inside of my airfilter on my truck. It keeps coming in from the hose that runs from the valve cover into the airfilter. At idle it doesnt appear to be sucking oil into the filter, but once I start driving, It sucks the oil into it.

Sounds like blow by from the piston rings. May be looking at refreshing the internal engine. The hose it is coming from is it from the PCV valve. I cant remember how that is set up. If it is you can try to replace the valve and see if it goes away.
