1984 Chevy S-10 it don't run

It will start acts like it gone to die then dies and back fire, sometimes it want start back. Have changed plugs and plug wires, crank senors, fuel filter.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay -clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve and test the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors.
