Transmission Problem

I have a 1997 s-10 pickup 4.3 v6 with bout 130k. My speedometer does no work and the transmission wont shift out of second. I can shift from first to second manually but once in drive nothing. I just replaced my speed sensor because the ABS light does come on. What else could it be? Thanks.

Check the quality and the level of the transmission oil and repport it back.

The tranny fluid is new and full, the speed sensor is new, all the fuses are good but the probem still consists.
