OBD code 1442

I have a '97 lumnia van with 129K on it and its trouble code PO1442 indicates " Manufacturer Auxillary Emissions Controls." Have any of you gents ran into this one A pointer to the general area to begin would be very helpful.

The ony dyptoms to go on is occational low coolant, never very low though, and perhaps a very slight misfire.

thanks for the suggestion to check vacuum hoses related to emmdisons vapors, it may be related, this is a CA vehicle with a charcoal canister to trap fuel vapors.

I captured a second code, PO 1441. I dont think it sheds much light on the subject though.
