Does our 1992 Chevy S-10 truck have a short?

My dad had two extra lights put onto the bumper of his 1992 Chevy S10 Truck. He ran into my deck and broke one almost completely off. It was hanging on by one of the power wires. I'm thinking that he caused a short, because now there's no heat and the turning indicators don't work right. The left one doesn't return the indicator switch after a left turn, and the right one doesn't work, but the right arrow lights up when the lights are turned on.

Does anyone think that it's a short? If so, where is the fuse box on a 1992 Chevy S10 Truck?

I'm not sure what the engine size is, but I know that it's an extended cab. I think it has about 60,000 miles on it.

The fuse box is by the drivers feet. If the switch wont "cancel" then it probably needs to be replaced, could also be the reason for the other side not working correctly

Thanks.

Now the right one works, but the arm still has to be returned to the neutral position when I use the left indicator. I can live with that. However, If I can fix it for a small amount of cash that would be good. Any ideas?

The return spring for the switch is broken, Need to disassemble the top of the column to replace it. Wont be very expensive even if a shop does it
