Within the past month or so I have replaced the front drivers side caliper twice. I just did it last week and it seized on me again! I have an 02 chevy prizm with 62000 miles. The e brake light is on could that have something to do with it? Please help i'm VERY FRUSTRATED! ANY suggeations would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for late response.

E-brake cable could be rusted and siezed. Raise rear, put on stands and make sure wheels turn freely, if not cable may need to be replaced.

Check caliper slide pins for binding by removing caliper and check the pins (push in and out) they should slide freely.

But most likely the E-brake cable is your problem.
