2003 Chevy Monte Carlo Windshield washer pump

Thewasher pump is located by the washer fluid on the bottom of the resevoir. When you turn it on do you hear it trying to work? You could have clogged nozzles and if its cold out, below freezing the pump could be frozen if you had just used water instead of windshiel washer fluid that wont freeze. You can check it using a static tester. Unplug the electrical connection and see if you have power to it when you turn the washer pump on.
