I was told that you must loosen the engine mounts and rotate the engine forward to get to the spark plugs, my car has 142,000 miles, I have not replace for that reason. I will have to replace soon.

All you have to do to access the 3 spark plugs in the back is disconnect the front 2 motor mounts on top of the radiator and if you feel like it take off the strut tower bar going from the drivers side strut tower to the passenger side strut tower. Then take a block of 2 by 4 wood and pull the engine forward and put the block between the alternator and firewall.
Then remove the wires and plugs.
A great tip for putting in new plugs. Take a piece of black rubber tubing and put it on the plug. About 6 to 9 inches roughly and thread the plug using the tubing. This tubing is nimble and dexterous. Pull the tubing off and tighten the plug. Bruce
