1998 Chevy Monte Carlo STARTING

Turn the key 2 start car stalls. No big deal just turn the key again. When I did that it would not do anything. Still had power and the lights worked etc. Whated a couple of minutes tried again and it started. This has happend twice.

It sounds like either the starter is going bad or the starter relay. When this happens, I need you to check something. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire on the starter. If you are getting 12+ volts to it and the starter doesn't work, replace the starter. If there is no power, replace the starter relay.
