Blue smoke is oil burning, whats happening is your piston rings are bad and the oil is getting up in the combustion chamber because the rings are not keeping the oil below the chamber, the oil is burned and the smoke is shot out of the exhaust port to fix this problem your going to have to tear the motor completely down take the pistons out and put new rings on them

When you take it to the shop tell them that blue smoke is coming out the tail pipe on the passenger side and you want them to put new piston rings around the pistons. Unfortunatley this is a pretty big job and is going to cost anywhere from 100.00 to 130.00 for the rings and labor will probably be anywhere from 500.00 to 800.00
