1984 Chevy Monte Carlo brake lights, turn signals and back

When I press on the brakes the passenger side brake light goes out. When I turn on the passenger side blinker the back up lights flash along with the blinker and the blinker dims but works still. The drivers side and front lights and blinkers work fine. I think its a bad ground. How do I fix it.

Signal switch it sounds like because the light bulbs arent completly gone out you might wanna try signal switch because first of all the signals dont work when you turn and they might come on or whatever but that is probably what it is
