Where is the headlight dimmer switch located and how do I replace it

I believe the dimmer is part of the switch itself. Do you have a regular pull out headlight switch? If so, when you turn the switch, doe the panel lights dim? If I am correct, and it's been some time since I worked on a 78, the dimmer and the headlight switch is one part.

Let me know. Also, if you need help removing it, let me know.
