2001 Chevy Metro clicking

When I turn my car to the right driving, it makes a clicking noise. I had a similar problem with my 88 nissan snetra but that was manual. Is this a problem I should be really worried about

If clicking only occurs when turning, then a CV axle is suspect.

This is not an "immediate" problem, but it will need to be replaced soon.

Look at outer CV boots for rips/tears in boot and leaking lubricant.

If nothing is done, eventually the clicking will get louder and axle may sieze.
