2006 Chevy Malibu Noise in front end

I have a 2006 Mailbu 4 cyl. With an automatice transmission. I have been having a problem when the vehicle is cold; however, it disappears when the vehicle gets warm or the temperature outside is above 45 degrees. I have brought the vehicle to the dealer numerous times and they have replaced every component in the front end to no avail. Please advise.
