Hi I had my trasmission flushed against my dad's advice and had a small axle leak, I ask to me fixed while they had it there, as I found there was not place to check the transmission fluid after it seemed to shift funny one night. I had it check at the dealership, who told me above what needed to be done. Now 4 days later my engin light along with the no traction control light has come on when put in gear, I had the code read above. Can you give me info on this. I think they caused it, can I still drive it, and what is I need to have done to fix it, where can I get diagram of transmission so I can fix it. I can' afford the dealer price. I think they are giving me run around, can you please help me.

I'm not sure what sequence that hings happened to your car. I f you had an axle leak, then it was a good idea to change the filter while you replacing the seal. How often has it been changed? At least once I would expect. If you ran it with the fluid low, damage can be done. Since you can't check it, you owuldn't know.

I doubt the dealer caused or is repsonible for this.
This is not a d-i-y repair. This needs to be troubleshot by someone with the right equptment to do troubleshooting. A quality scanner will be needed. IT will read freeze frame data when the problem occured and test can be done.

I have a. 2005 Chevy Malibu LS and it was low on transmission fluid, It was going in gear hard and then it wouldn't go in gear at all. I charged the filter put Dexron 6 in it takes 7 quarts is what I put in mine since you can t check it like normal cars. But after I did this mine self, Goes in gear now and shifts like nothing was every wrong with it. So I would do that.I didn't have rev or anything. I think they had wrong fluided in it.
