2004 Malibu suspension

I have a 2004 malibu lt and am thinking of replacing the factory struts. Will this improve the ride(which is pretty good). There are a few rattles seemingly in the suspension. Would you consider replacing other components also? I really do like the car and bought it new.

IF the ride is good, find the noises. Fair chance of sway bar links or sway bar bushings at the frame. Get underneath and grab the sway bars and feel for movement. On the bushings, grab the sway bar and feel for any perceptible movement.

IF less than 100,000 miles, I doubt you'll feel $5-600 worth of ride improvement.
