Where is my horn located on this vehical and how do I get to it

Welcome, you should be able to get at the horn by removing the passenger side headlamp assembly. Did you check all applicable fuses?

The headlamp removal procedure should be in your owners manual. If you don't have one, holler, I'll see what I can find.
