MY 2000 CHEVY MALIBU JUST SHUTS ITSELF OFF WHEN IM DRIVIN DOWN THE ROAD SILENTLY AND THEN WONT START FOR TEN MINUTES THEN PULLS OFF LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED

See post (1997 Chevy Malibu CAR DIES) on page 2 of Chevy Malibu Questions and Answers. The Crankshaft Position Sensor will cause the engine to shut off without any warning or trouble codes and after a short time the car can be restarted and driven as if there wasn't a problem.
