There are no bearings to worry about. You only need to remove the serpentine belt and the bolts that holds the pulley in place.
If the pulley is pressed on tightly, then you'll need a "Puller" to get it off, but it's simple to use.

Also, before replacing the pulley, see if tightening the existing bolts will do the trick. These pulleys don't usually wear. But if someone was working on the engine, they may have forgot to torque the bolts properly and it worked its way loose.
