Turn signals and door handles!

I HAVE A 1993 CHEVY LUMINA Z34 AND I HAVE CHANGED BULBS AND FUSES AND NONE OF MY TURN SIGNALS WORK AT ALL. WHAT CAN I TRY NEXT? ALSO, MY DOOR HANDLES ARE BROKEN AND I HAVE TO LEAVE WINDOWS OPEN SO I CAN OPEN DOORS FROM INSIDE. WHERE CAN I FIND REPLACEMENT HANDLES OR HOW DO I FIX THEM?

Ur pretty much goin to have to get new doors for vehicle, and for the turn signals, have ur steering column looked at, preferable where the 4 way light switch is, that may be malfunctioning, I have the same problem with mine, and its a 98. No turn signals, but I have the problem down to the 4 way being all wacked out.
