Just recently I turned on my wipers just after a snow storm. When I tried to turn them off they just kept running. I can get them to switch speeds from high and low but thats it. They do not respond to the the delay either. The only way I can get them to stop is to set them on off, turn the car off, and turn it back on. Do you think I can fix this problem myself or do I need to get it serviced?

The first place to check is the wiper relay. This is a simple fix and you can do this at your own home. Other culprits may be more in depth to repair, such as the wiper motor or wiper switch.
